One-to-one coaching is the centrepiece of our program, and our program would not be possible without the generous support and dedication of our volunteer coaching community. Your commitment will support women and gender-diverse individuals experiencing low-income build a sustainable pathway out of poverty and realize their full potential. We believe that success belongs to everybody!

We have two eligibility requirements for our volunteer coaches:
 
  • Completion of an ICF-accredited (or ICF equivalent) coach training/education program of at least 60 hours.
  • At least 60 hours of direct coaching experience with clients.
