Thank you for your interest in referring your client to Up With Women / Exponenti’elles!

Up With Women/Exponenti’elles serves women and all gender-diverse individuals. We currently serve British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia, and are committed to serving our clients in English or French anywhere within our service areas.

We want to make sure the program is a good experience and the right fit for your client from the start. Clients are most successful when they are motivated to set and achieve professional and personal goals and can commit to 2 hours of coaching a month, in addition to our ongoing client workshops and learning sessions.

Our coaching program has some basic requirements, so please consider these before applying. Clients of our program are:

• Currently experiencing low income or are in receipt of income/disability assistance (note that this is based on your client’s personal income only).
• Currently in a stable housing situation (note that shelters, transitional homes, addiction recovery centres, corrections-based facilities, living with family, friends, etc. are considered stable housing).
• At a point of stability in health and safety to be able to commit to a 12-month intensive program and have other supports in place if needed.
• Have Conversational English or French.
• Women and gender-diverse individuals 18 years or older. We have no upper age limit.
• Currently living in Canada (note that our program has no education or Canadian citizenship requirements).
